IT support for businesses, with or without in-house IT staff

We know your machines, your access and your backups before anything breaks. We answer when something does.

What you get, by name

Things you can take with you.

  • An inventory of machines, systems and access you can consult without ringing anyone.
  • An assessment report with the priorities in order and each one’s cost.
  • Backups with a restore that has been tested, not merely scheduled.
  • Monitoring alerts configured, which go off before the office does.
  • A record of what gets touched and why, written while it happens.

What usually happens before the first call

IT support is usually bought after a failure that was a long time coming.

Nobody has the list

Machines and accounts were added one at a time. The list lives in one person’s head.

The backups were set up once

They show as configured in a console nobody looks at. A backup is only good once restored.

The server goes down when it matters

Month-end, the morning of a delivery. Then the hunt for someone to call.

All three are fixed the same way: know what is there, test the backups.

Is this what you need?

If your case is not quite this one:

  • Building, moving or rebuilding infrastructure — servers, virtualisation, moving a service to the cloud — is cloud and infrastructure: Cloud & Infrastructure

How it starts and how it continues

Five steps; the first two give the third a real price.

  1. First call

No charge. You say what you have and what worries you; we say if it fits.

  2. Assessment

We inventory machines, systems, access, the network and the state of the backups. Paid and short.

  3. Report and quote

In writing: what to fix first, what can wait and what it costs.

  4. Putting things right

We handle the urgent work in the agreed order, documenting as it happens.

  5. Ongoing maintenance

Monitoring with alerts, backups restored to prove they work, and availability for serious incidents outside business hours.

Who this is for, and who it is not for

A good fit

  • Businesses that depend on their machines every day with nobody in-house on systems.
  • Anyone who has just lost the one person who knew how everything worked.
  • Anyone with a provider and no idea what is installed or who holds the keys.

Not a fit

  • Anyone wanting the fire put out without the infrastructure looked at: the fix lasts until next time.
  • Anyone comparing quotes by the final number alone: two similar figures can cover different things.

Frequently asked questions

What does out-of-hours availability mean?

It covers serious incidents outside business hours, the ones that stop the company. Only with a maintenance contract.

Can I call only when something breaks?

Yes, we take on one-off work too. Without maintenance, every incident starts from zero.

Is the work done remotely or on site?

Mostly remote, with on-site attendance when something must be touched. We work across Spain and with clients in any country.

What if another provider is involved?

That is normal and nothing has to be broken. The inventory covers who holds which access.

Which systems are covered?

Windows, Linux and macOS, the last managed with MDM and Apple Business Manager. Windows Server, SQL Server, virtualisation and containers. The network: routers, switches, wifi and remote access.
