Privacy policy

What happens to your data if you write to us. This site has no analytics and no tracking, and while you read it nothing about you is collected beyond what any web server records when it serves a page.

Last reviewed: 31 August 2026

This is an informative translation. In case of any discrepancy, the Spanish version of this policy prevails, as the processing is governed by Spanish law and supervised by the Spanish data protection authority.

01

Data controller

David Gonçalves Ruiz, Spanish tax number 09065418Z, providing services under the trading name ISI Tech Consulting.

For anything concerning your data: info@isitechconsulting.com.

02

What data is processed

What you write in the contact form: your name, your email address, your telephone number if you choose to give it, and the message you write.

Alongside it, two technical items the form needs: the date and time of the submission, and the exact wording of the consent box you ticked. Both travel inside the email we receive, which is the only record left of your enquiry.

The IP address is processed to limit how many submissions come from one source and to prevent abuse of the form. It is personal data, which is why it is declared here.

No special category data is requested, and we ask you not to include any in your message. If you need to tell us something sensitive, the telephone is better.

Beyond the form, the server hosting this site records the requests it receives, including the IP address they come from, as any web server does. That is where the visitor statistics come from, which is why this site needs no analytics tool. Those records are not combined with what you send through the form, and they are not used to recognise you.

03

Purpose and legal basis

There is one purpose: to read your enquiry, reply to it, and assess whether we can help. Your data is not used to send you marketing, and it is not passed to anyone else so they can.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (article 6.1.a of the General Data Protection Regulation). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@isitechconsulting.com, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

The anti-abuse measures on the form — the IP address and the anti-spam check — are applied on the basis of legitimate interest in protecting the site against automated submissions (article 6.1.f).

04

How long it is kept

If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, the message is kept for one year from the day you send it and then deleted.

If it does lead to an engagement, it is kept for as long as the professional relationship lasts and, once it ends, for the periods required by tax and commercial obligations.

There is no contact database: the email received is the only record that exists of your enquiry.

The form’s anti-abuse measures also keep a counter tied to your IP address for only as long as it takes to limit repeated submissions from one source, and it is discarded afterwards. It is used for nothing else.

05

Who else receives your data

Brevo, the service that delivers the email from the form. It acts as a processor and handles the data within the European Union.

Hostinger, which hosts this site and the server where the form is processed.

Cloudflare, which provides the anti-spam check on the form. It only comes into play once you start typing in it.

There are no other recipients. Your data is not sold, not rented, and not shared with advertisers.

06

International data transfer

Cloudflare’s anti-spam check involves a transfer of data to the United States, where that company keeps its servers.

The transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, and on Cloudflare’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

It is the only point on this site where personal data leaves the European Union. If you would rather avoid it, you can write directly to info@isitechconsulting.com or call +34 600 237 257 instead of using the form.

07

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing. Write to info@isitechconsulting.com saying which right you want to exercise.

You will get an answer within one month of your request arriving, extendable as the regulation allows if the request is complex.

If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), at Calle Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, and online at www.aepd.es.

08

Automated decisions

No automated decisions are made about you and no profiling takes place. A person reads your message.
