Why it exists
ISI Tech Consulting exists because of what traditional consultancies get wrong: no transparency, no straight answers, bureaucracy, and a great many rounds that never end in results. It is an easy accusation to make and a hard one to stand behind, because anyone can write it on their website. So here are the four places where this site stands behind it, and every one of them can be checked without picking up the phone.
Who it is not for gets said out loud
All eight service pages carry a full column on the client who does not fit, and none of them is a formula. Turning clients away costs money in the short term, and it is the only way that «who this is for» means anything more than a list of everybody.
Documentation happens during the work
Not at the end, when nobody remembers why each decision was made and writing it down has become a formality. It is documented as it is built, which is the only way what gets delivered can be maintained without asking whoever built it.
The assessment is paid work
Nobody can price what they have not inventoried. Charging for the short assessment phase is what makes it possible to give a figure that holds afterwards, instead of one over the phone that has to be corrected halfway through. It is harder to sell and more honest.
Questions get answered, and asking is not billed
A call to ask something does not turn up on a line item later. What gets billed is the work. It is here rather than in a slogan because it is a concrete rule: one that can be broken, and noticed when it is.
